- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 kg Beef Boneless
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the asafoetida (hing) and let it sizzle for a few seconds to release its aroma.
- 2. Add the beef strips to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken turns golden brown and is cooked through.
- 3. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly but still retain a slight crunch.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, paprika, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well to coat the beef and vegetables evenly with the spices.
- 5. Cook the mixture for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the spices are well blended with the beef and vegetables.
- 6. Drizzle the lime juice over the fajita mixture and give it a final toss. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.
- 8. Serve the fajita mixture on the tortillas, garnished with fresh coriander leaves. Roll the tortillas and enjoy immediately.
