Ingredients

  • - Mustard Seeds
  • 500 G Ridge Gourd/Jhinge Tori(500Gm)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 10G Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 250g Coriander

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Steam the soaked tapioca pearls, ridge gourd cubes, and drumstick pieces for 10 minutes until tender.
  2. Step 2: Heat mustard oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and panch phoran, and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
  3. Step 3: Add the green chilies, turmeric powder, and crushed badhi, sauté for 3-4 minutes until the badhi is lightly crisp.
  4. Step 4: Add the steamed vegetables and tapioca pearls to the pan. Mix gently to coat everything with the spices.
  5. Step 5: Stir in the grated coconut, adjust the salt, and cook for another 3-4 minutes on low flame.
  6. Step 6: Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving warm.
