Ingredients
- - Grated Coconut
- - Mustard Seeds
- 500 G Ridge Gourd/Jhinge Tori(500Gm)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Coriander
Instructions
- Step 1: Steam the soaked tapioca pearls, ridge gourd cubes, and drumstick pieces for 10 minutes until tender.
- Step 2: Heat mustard oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and panch phoran, and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
- Step 3: Add the green chilies, turmeric powder, and crushed badhi, sauté for 3-4 minutes until the badhi is lightly crisp.
- Step 4: Add the steamed vegetables and tapioca pearls to the pan. Mix gently to coat everything with the spices.
- Step 5: Stir in the grated coconut, adjust the salt, and cook for another 3-4 minutes on low flame.
- Step 6: Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving warm.
