Nutty Paneer and Spinach Wraps recipe

A delicious and protein-packed breakfast featuring creamy paneer and tender spinach wrapped in soft flatbreads, enhanced with a nutty sesame dressing.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach and coriander leaves, then set them aside.
  2. 2. Grate the paneer into small shreds and keep it ready for the filling.
  3. 3. Dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden, then grind them into a coarse paste using a mortar and pestle.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and green chilies for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the chopped spinach, coriander, salt, and black pepper to the pan, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  6. 6. Stir in the grated paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes, blending well with the spinach mixture.
  7. 7. Mix the sesame paste with lemon juice and a pinch of salt to create the nutty dressing.
  8. 8. Warm the rice flour flatbreads on a skillet for 30 seconds each side.
  9. 9. Place the paneer and spinach mixture onto each flatbread, spreading evenly.
  10. 10. Drizzle the sesame dressing over the filling and fold the flatbreads into wraps.
  11. 11. Serve the wraps warm, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.
