Ingredients
- 250 g Mutton
- 1 kg Rice
- 500 g Onion
- loose Ginger
- - Red Chilli
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1pc Watermelon

- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Rice Flour
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger, then mix them with minced mutton in a large bowl.
- 3. Add cumin, coriander, red chili, turmeric, rice flour, salt, and lemon juice to the mutton mixture, and knead well.
- 4. Shape the mutton mixture into kebab-like cylinders around skewers or sticks.
- 5. Heat oil in a grill pan or tawa and cook the kebabs evenly on all sides until browned and cooked through.
- 6. Boil water in a pot, add soaked rice, and cook until 90% done; drain excess water.
- 7. In the same pot, sauté chopped mint leaves in a little oil, then mix them into the rice.
- 8. Cover the pot and steam the rice with mint on low heat for 5 minutes for enhanced flavor.
- 9. Arrange the mutton kebabs on a serving plate alongside the mint rice.
- 10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a wedge of lemon before serving.
