Ingredients

  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet - 500 G
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander, cumin, and red chili powder, cooking until the tomatoes are soft.
  5. 5. Add mutton chunks and sauté until they are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Mix in yogurt and cook for another 5 minutes to combine flavors.
  7. 7. Add water and salt, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until the mutton is tender.
  8. 8. In a separate pot, cook the soaked millet with fresh water until fluffy, about 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Serve the millet in bowls, topped with the mutton masala.
  10. 10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
