Ingredients
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until aromatic.
- 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and cook until the mixture softens.
- 4. Add mutton mince, turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and salt, cooking until the keema is browned and cooked through.
- 5. Mix in chopped coriander leaves and allow the filling to cool slightly.
- 6. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt to form a soft dough.
- 7. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small circle.
- 8. Place a spoonful of cooled keema mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- 9. Fold and seal the edges, then gently roll into a flat paratha shape.
- 10. Heat a skillet and cook the stuffed parathas on both sides until golden brown, using a little oil for frying.
- 11. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling, ensuring an even cook on all parathas.
- 12. Serve hot with a side of fresh yogurt or mint chutney for dipping.
