Mushroom Spinach Masala Wrap Recipe

A flavorful wrap filled with spiced mushrooms, spinach, and a creamy chickpea spread, perfect for a wholesome dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- 250 g Spinach
- 500G Loose Besan
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- - Red Chilli
- - Garlic Paste
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Clean and slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 2. Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter for a few seconds.
- 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes until they release their moisture.
- 4. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt, stirring for 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the spinach to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes until wilted, then set aside.
- 6. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, and a pinch of salt to make a smooth batter.
- 7. Heat a flat pan with 1/2 tbsp oil, pour a ladle of batter to make a thin wrap, and cook both sides till golden.
- 8. Spread the cooked spinach and mushroom masala evenly over the wrap.
- 9. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top for added freshness.
- 10. Roll the wrap tightly and slice into halves for serving.
