Mushroom Spinach Masala Wrap recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Mushrooms Button
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500G Loose Besan
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Garlic Paste
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and wash the spinach thoroughly.
  2. 2. Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes until they release their moisture.
  4. 4. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt, stirring for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the spinach to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes until wilted, then set aside.
  6. 6. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, and a pinch of salt to make a smooth batter.
  7. 7. Heat a flat pan with 1/2 tbsp oil, pour a ladle of batter to make a thin wrap, and cook both sides till golden.
  8. 8. Spread the cooked spinach and mushroom masala evenly over the wrap.
  9. 9. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top for added freshness.
  10. 10. Roll the wrap tightly and slice into halves for serving.
