Ingredients
- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 125 g Cremini Mushroom
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 850 g Chef'S Basket Macaroni Pasta
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté 1/2 cup of diced onion and 1/3 cup of diced bell pepper until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- 2. Add 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (fresh) to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
- 3. Season the mixture with 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- 4. Pour in 15 oz of tomato sauce and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Meanwhile, cook 2 cups of macaroni in boiling water until slightly undercooked, about 1-2 minutes less than the package instructions. Drain the macaroni.
- 6. Add the drained macaroni to the skillet with the vegetable and sauce mixture. Stir well to combine.
- 7. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a splash of water if the mixture becomes too dry.
- 8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
