Ingredients
- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- - Ginger Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add chopped garlic, green chili, and ginger powder, cooking for 2 minutes.
- 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and ground coriander, cooking until soft.
- 4. Add chicken mince to the pan, breaking it apart and cooking until fully browned.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper, stirring well to combine flavors.
- 6. Add a splash of water and cook until the chicken is tender and well-coated with spices.
- 7. Garnish the bhurji with fresh chopped coriander leaves and set aside.
- 8. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, salt, and warm water to form a pliable dough.
- 9. Divide the dough into small portions and roll into thin rotis using a rolling pin.
