Ingredients

  • 500G Rava (Semolina)
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add curry leaves and green chilli, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add semolina and roast gently for 2 minutes while stirring continuously.
  5. Pour 2 cups of boiling water, add salt, and stir well to avoid lumps.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until upma is firm and cooked through.
