Ingredients

  • 50 g Cream Of Tartar
  • 5Mtr Parchment Paper
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 G Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks of 6 Yojana poultry white power eggs and place the whites in a clean, dry mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add a pinch of Tata salt sprinkler salt to the egg whites to enhance the flavor and begin beating them on medium speed until they become frothy.
  4. 4. Gradually add 100 g of happychef icing sugar to the egg whites, one tablespoon at a time, while continuously beating.
  5. 5. Once the sugar is incorporated, add 1 teaspoon of puramate cream of tartar to help stabilize the mixture.
  6. 6. Increase the mixing speed to high and continue to beat the egg whites until they form stiff, glossy peaks.
  7. 7. Gently fold 1 teaspoon of Harveys flavouring essence - vanilla into the stiff egg white mixture using a spatula.
  8. 8. Use a spoon or a piping bag to shape the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into small mounds or other preferred shapes.
  9. 9. Bake the meringues in the preheated oven for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meringues are dry to the touch and can be easily lifted off the parchment paper.
  10. 10. Turn off the oven and let the meringues cool completely inside before serving.
