Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
- 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1/2 cup of diced onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 chopped celery stalk to the skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- 3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes to deepen the flavor.
- 4. Add 500 g of cod fillets to the skillet, ensuring they are evenly spaced. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh parsley.
- 5. Pour in enough water to just cover the fish and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm with a garnish of fresh parsley.
