Ingredients
- 14 g On1Y Basil Leaves
- 1 Kg Red Snapper
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
- 200 g Maggi Hot & Sweet Chilli Tomato Sauce
- 1 kg Puro Healthy Salt (Sendha Namak)
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 minced clove of garlic and sauté lightly until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 2. Add 1 diced onion, 1 diced bell pepper, 2 diced carrots, and 2 diced stalks of celery to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 can (400 g) of tomato sauce and 1 diced tomato. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of basil, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- 4. Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
- 5. Cut 1 1/2 pounds of red snapper fillets into serving-sized portions and add them to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the fish is firm and flakes easily with a fork.
- 6. Serve the red snapper and vegetable medley warm. Pair with cheese bread and a fresh salad for a complete meal.
