Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Tortilla Wraps
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with salt, black pepper, turmeric, and cumin until combined.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, tomato, and green chili, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 3. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and scramble gently for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in garam masala and red chili powder for balanced spice.
- 4. Warm the rotis on a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side to soften them.
- 5. Spread yogurt evenly onto each roti, then layer the scrambled eggs and sautéed vegetables in the center. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top.
- 6. Fold the rotis into wraps, securing the filling inside. Serve warm and enjoy.
