  • 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
  • - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
  • 375G Laziza Complete Haleem Spices, Pulses & Grains Mix 375G
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 Onion Large 1 Each
  • 1 Lemon - 1 Each
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water to remove its natural bitterness and set aside.
  2. 2. Bring 300 ml of water to a boil, add quinoa, and cook for 15 minutes until fully tender. Drain excess water and fluff with a fork.
  3. 3. Peel and julienne the carrots, chow chow, and mooli radish into thin strips for even cooking.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté chopped garlic and onions until translucent and fragrant.
