- - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
- 375G Laziza Complete Haleem Spices, Pulses & Grains Mix 375G
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Onion Large 1 Each
- 1 Lemon - 1 Each
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water to remove its natural bitterness and set aside.
- 2. Bring 300 ml of water to a boil, add quinoa, and cook for 15 minutes until fully tender. Drain excess water and fluff with a fork.
- 3. Peel and julienne the carrots, chow chow, and mooli radish into thin strips for even cooking.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté chopped garlic and onions until translucent and fragrant.
- 5. Add the julienned vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
