  • 50 g Masala Sambhar
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 1 kg Potato
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 kg Quinoa
  • - Frozen Peas
  • 50 g Cloves
  • 20 g Cardamom Green
  • 20 g Cinnamon
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water to remove bitterness.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilies, ginger, and garlic.
  3. 3. Heat oil in an air fryer-safe pan and add cumin seeds until aromatic.
  4. 4. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
