- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 100 g Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Add the prawns to the pan and season with turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and 1 tsp salt.
- 4. Cook the prawns for 5-7 minutes until they are opaque and cooked through, then remove from the pan.
- 5. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and drained rice, sauté lightly for 2 minutes.
- 6. Add 300 ml water, remaining salt, and let the rice cook covered on low heat for 15 minutes.
- 7. Once the rice is cooked, stir in lemon juice and mix well.
- 8. Transfer the rice to a serving plate and top it with the cooked prawns.
- 9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves for added freshness and flavor.
