Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 100 g Lemon

- 1. Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt with 15ml of oil to create a marinade.
- 3. Coat the prawns thoroughly with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 4. Cook rice in boiling water with a pinch of turmeric and salt until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 5. Heat a pan with 15ml oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until golden and aromatic.
- 6. Add cooked rice into the pan with onions, squeeze lemon juice over it, and mix gently to combine.
- 7. Preheat a grill pan or skewer the marinated prawns onto wooden skewers soaked in water.
