Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- - Green Peas
- 250 g Carrot
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it according to package instructions. Set aside once cooked.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, mixing well for 1 minute.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and form a gravy, approximately 7-8 minutes.
- 6. Add the paneer cubes and green peas to the pan, stirring gently to coat them in the masala.
- 7. Lower the heat and mix in the yogurt, cooking for another 3-4 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt.
- 8. Assemble the bowl by layering cooked rice, the paneer masala, julienned carrots, and fresh cilantro on top.
