- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions
- 1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, ensuring even sizes for uniform grilling.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, garlic paste, ginger paste, and all the spices including red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, black pepper, and salt.
- 3. Add lemon juice and vegetable oil to the spice mixture and stir well to create a smooth marinade.
- 4. Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring each piece is well covered.
- 5. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temperature.
- 6. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
