Ingredients

  • 1 Roti Mix 60g Sache
  • 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the fish pieces evenly with the marinade and set aside for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated fish until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the cooked fish from the pan and set aside on a plate.
  6. 6. In the same pan, sauté the sliced onions until golden and caramelized, approximately 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Warm the rotis on a flat pan or tawa for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft.
  8. 8. Place some caramelized onions and cooked fish pieces in the center of each roti.
  9. 9. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the filling for added freshness.
  10. 10. Roll the rotis tightly around the filling to form wraps.
  11. 11. Serve the rolls warm, optionally with a side of mint chutney for extra flavor.
