Ingredients
- 1 Roti Mix 60g Sache
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
- 3. Coat the fish pieces evenly with the marinade and set aside for 10 minutes.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated fish until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Remove the cooked fish from the pan and set aside on a plate.
- 6. In the same pan, sauté the sliced onions until golden and caramelized, approximately 5 minutes.
- 7. Warm the rotis on a flat pan or tawa for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft.
- 8. Place some caramelized onions and cooked fish pieces in the center of each roti.
- 9. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the filling for added freshness.
- 10. Roll the rotis tightly around the filling to form wraps.
- 11. Serve the rolls warm, optionally with a side of mint chutney for extra flavor.
