Ingredients
- - Rice Flour
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coconut Oil
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Mix rice flour, water, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dosa batter.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan and spread a thin layer of batter to make dosas.
- 3. Cook the dosa until golden and crisp, flipping once, then set aside.
- 4. Finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
- 5. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds until they splutter.
- 6. Add curry leaves, chopped onions, and cook until translucent.
- 7. Stir in tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, and cook for 3 minutes.
- 8. Beat the eggs with salt and pour into the pan, scrambling gently.
- 9. Cook the eggs until fluffy, then mix in the coriander leaves.
- 10. Place the egg mixture on each dosa and roll tightly into wraps.
- 11. Serve warm with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
