  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • loose Ginger
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk them until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the garlic, ginger, and green chili to the pan, cooking for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, mixing well to coat the vegetables.
