Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 500 g Minimeal Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Mix Seeds
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and green chilies, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, mixing well.
  6. 6. Add the chicken mince and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring to break up any lumps.
  7. 7. Add salt to taste and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and infused with spices.
