- 500 g Id Protein-Rich Idli & Dosa Batter
- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Breast Boneless
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 100 G Kadipatta Chutney
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, cooking until soft and blended with onions.
- 4. Add turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, and garam masala, mixing well.
- 5. Add diced chicken breast to the pan, cooking thoroughly until no longer pink.
- 6. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves, then set aside.
- 7. Heat a dosa tawa and spread a ladle of dosa batter evenly to form a thin circle.
- 8. Cook the dosa until crisp and edges lift, then place chicken masala in the center.
