- 300 ml Puramate Pancake Maple Syrup
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 250 g Organic Certified Green Capsicum (Donne Menasinakaayi)
- 1000 g Japanese Choice Jasmine Ready To Cook Thai Rice
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 cup of maple syrup. Set aside.
- 3. Arrange 2 medium carrots (peeled and sliced) and 1 large green pepper (sliced) evenly on the prepared baking pan.
- 4. Arrange the vegetables evenly on the baking pan, ensuring they are spread out for even cooking.
- 5. Bake the vegetables in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- 6. Remove the pan from the oven and pour the soy sauce and maple syrup mixture evenly over the vegetables.
- 7. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the vegetables are fully glazed.
- 8. Prepare 2 cups of jasmine rice according to package instructions while the vegetables finish baking.
- 9. Serve the glazed vegetables over the prepared rice for a complete dinner.
