- 3 Pieces Mandarin Orange (Kittale Hannu)
- 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 200 g Delishh Frozen Raspberry
Instructions
- 1. Wash and dry 200 g of fresh spinach leaves, then tear them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large glass bowl.
- 2. Peel and segment 1 mandarin orange, removing any seeds, and add the segments to the bowl.
- 3. Thinly slice 1 spring onion and add it to the bowl along with 50 g of sunflower seeds.
- 4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp of sugar-free raspberry dressing until smooth.
