  • 3 Pieces Mandarin Orange (Kittale Hannu)
  • 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 250 g Spinach - Chopped
  • 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
  • 200 g Delishh Frozen Raspberry

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and dry 200 g of fresh spinach leaves, then tear them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large glass bowl.
  2. 2. Peel and segment 1 mandarin orange, removing any seeds, and add the segments to the bowl.
  3. 3. Thinly slice 1 spring onion and add it to the bowl along with 50 g of sunflower seeds.
  4. 4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp of sugar-free raspberry dressing until smooth.
