- 1 ltr Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Fruit Drink
- 300 ml Puramate Pancake Maple Syrup
- 3 Pieces Mandarin Orange (Kittale Hannu)
- 100 g Celery
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 500 g Nutraj Chilean Walnuts /Akhrot Inshell
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
Instructions
- 1. Cook 1 cup of rice according to package instructions, then let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup orange juice, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons maple syrup until well combined.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled rice, 2 cups fresh spinach, 1 cup mandarin orange segments, 1/2 cup chopped celery, and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
