- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum

- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently until lightly browned.
- 2. Add 1 cup sliced celery to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until it turns bright green and slightly tender.
- 3. Stir in 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper, and 3 chopped green onions. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup soy sauce with 1 tbsp cornstarch until smooth. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
- 5. Add 1/2 cup orange slices and 1 cup apple to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the fruit is heated through.
