Ingredients
- - Rice Flour
- 500 g Urad Dal
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Soak the rice flour and urad dal in water for 6 hours, then grind into a smooth batter.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic, followed by minced garlic, ginger, and green chili.
- 3. Add finely chopped onions to the pan and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook until they soften, forming a thick base for the keema filling.
- 5. Add chicken mince to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until no longer pink.
- 6. Season the chicken with turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well.
- 7. Cook the keema mixture until fully done, then garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
- 8. Heat a dosa tawa, pour a ladle of batter, and spread it into a thin circle using the back of the ladle.
- 9. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the dosa edges and let it crisp up for 2-3 minutes.
- 10. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken keema filling in the center and fold the dosa over it.
- 11. Repeat for all dosas, ensuring even cooking and filling distribution for each serving.
- 12. Serve the dosas hot with a side of coconut chutney or mint chutney for added flavor.
