Ingredients

  • 400 G Rice Paper Sheets
  • 1 pack Mushrooms Button
  • - Red Rice Noodles
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • - Spearmint Leaves | Dried & Fragrant | For Teas, Detox Water & Spice Blends | Natural & Refreshing
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 30G Chili Flakes

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Thinly slice the mushrooms and sauté them in sesame oil with finely chopped lemongrass for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Julienne the carrot, cucumber, and red bell pepper into thin strips and set aside.
  4. 4. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes in a small bowl to create a dipping sauce.
  5. 5. Dip each rice paper sheet into warm water for 10 seconds until soft and pliable.
  6. 6. Place a portion of rice noodles, sautéed mushrooms, and raw vegetables onto the softened rice paper.
  7. 7. Add a few fresh mint and coriander leaves for extra flavor and freshness.
  8. 8. Roll the rice paper tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form a neat wrap.
  9. 9. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients until all wraps are prepared.
