Ingredients
- 400 G Rice Paper Sheets
- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- - Red Rice Noodles
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil

- - Coriander Powder
- - Rice Vinegar
- 30G Chili Flakes
Instructions
- 1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Thinly slice the mushrooms and sauté them in sesame oil with finely chopped lemongrass for 5 minutes.
- 3. Julienne the carrot, cucumber, and red bell pepper into thin strips and set aside.
- 4. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes in a small bowl to create a dipping sauce.
- 5. Dip each rice paper sheet into warm water for 10 seconds until soft and pliable.
- 6. Place a portion of rice noodles, sautéed mushrooms, and raw vegetables onto the softened rice paper.
- 7. Add a few fresh mint and coriander leaves for extra flavor and freshness.
- 8. Roll the rice paper tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form a neat wrap.
- 9. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients until all wraps are prepared.
- 10. Serve the wraps with the dipping sauce on the side for a flavorful lunch.
