  • 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
  • 1 kg Nectr Onion (Chemical Free)
  • 150 g Trunativ Everyday Sweet Natural Sugar-Replacer Sweetener
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Place 1 1/2 lb of chopped onion in a shallow baking dish.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sweetener, 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp water until well combined. Add 2 tbsp of finely chopped onion and mix until well incorporated.
  4. 4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chopped onion, ensuring it is fully coated.
  5. 5. Marinate the mixture in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally for even flavor absorption (optional).
