- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 1 kg Nectr Onion (Chemical Free)
- 150 g Trunativ Everyday Sweet Natural Sugar-Replacer Sweetener
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Place 1 1/2 lb of chopped onion in a shallow baking dish.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sweetener, 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp water until well combined. Add 2 tbsp of finely chopped onion and mix until well incorporated.
- 4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chopped onion, ensuring it is fully coated.
- 5. Marinate the mixture in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally for even flavor absorption (optional).
- 6. Bake the onion mixture, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- 7. For a golden finish, place the dish under the broiler for 5 minutes until the topping is lightly browned.
