  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • loose Ginger

  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and a pinch of salt to create a marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the fish fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
