Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 100 g Pasteurised Butter
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 100 g Baking Powder
  • 500G Madhur Sugar
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chili.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with chopped ingredients, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
  3. 3. Shape the lamb mixture into cylindrical kebabs around skewers or directly onto a grill rack.
  4. 4. Heat a grill pan or tandoor, lightly grease with vegetable oil, and cook the kebabs until browned evenly.
  5. 5. Wash and rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water.
  6. 6. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add rice, and cook until tender but not mushy.
  7. 7. Drain the rice and mix in freshly chopped mint leaves for added aroma.
  8. 8. Plate the minted rice and arrange the lamb kebabs alongside for serving.
