Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 100 g Pasteurised Butter
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 100 g Baking Powder
- 500G Madhur Sugar
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 1 kg Rice
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chili.
- 2. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with chopped ingredients, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 3. Shape the lamb mixture into cylindrical kebabs around skewers or directly onto a grill rack.
- 4. Heat a grill pan or tandoor, lightly grease with vegetable oil, and cook the kebabs until browned evenly.
- 5. Wash and rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water.
- 6. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add rice, and cook until tender but not mushy.
- 7. Drain the rice and mix in freshly chopped mint leaves for added aroma.
- 8. Plate the minted rice and arrange the lamb kebabs alongside for serving.
