Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Coriander Leaves

- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 1 kg Rice
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, and mint leaves.
- 2. In a bowl, mix lamb mince with onion, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 3. Shape the mixture into kebabs around skewers or simply as cylindrical shapes.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the kebabs on medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5. Wash the rice well and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
- 6. Boil water with a pinch of salt and cook the rice until tender, then drain any excess water.
- 7. Finely chop mint leaves and mix them into the cooked rice for a refreshing flavor.
- 8. Serve the lamb seekh kebabs alongside the mint rice on a plate.
