- 500 g Onion
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 1 kg Rice
- 100 g Jeera

Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, and green chilies, ensuring the pieces are uniformly small.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb with all the chopped ingredients and spices, then mix thoroughly with your hands.
- 3. Shape the lamb mixture into cylindrical kebabs around skewers or simply form them into sausage-like shapes.
- 4. Heat a grill pan or tawa, add a bit of oil, and cook the kebabs evenly, turning until they are browned and cooked through.
- 5. Rinse the rice under cold water to remove excess starch and set it aside.
- 6. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
- 7. Add the rinsed rice to the pan, stir gently, and pour in water along with a pinch of salt.
- 8. Cover the pan, lower the heat, and cook the rice until all the water is absorbed and the grains are tender.
- 9. Plate the jeera rice and place the lamb kebabs alongside, garnishing with fresh mint leaves for added flavor.
