  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 100 g Jeera
  • - Spearmint Leaves | Dried & Fragrant | For Teas, Detox Water & Spice Blends | Natural & Refreshing
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, and green chilies, ensuring the pieces are uniformly small.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb with all the chopped ingredients and spices, then mix thoroughly with your hands.
  3. 3. Shape the lamb mixture into cylindrical kebabs around skewers or simply form them into sausage-like shapes.
  4. 4. Heat a grill pan or tawa, add a bit of oil, and cook the kebabs evenly, turning until they are browned and cooked through.
  5. 5. Rinse the rice under cold water to remove excess starch and set it aside.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
  7. 7. Add the rinsed rice to the pan, stir gently, and pour in water along with a pinch of salt.
  8. 8. Cover the pan, lower the heat, and cook the rice until all the water is absorbed and the grains are tender.
  9. 9. Plate the jeera rice and place the lamb kebabs alongside, garnishing with fresh mint leaves for added flavor.
