Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 500 g Onion
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder.
- 2. Form the lamb mixture into small kofta balls and set aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sear the lamb kofta until browned on all sides, then remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, sauté chopped onions until golden and aromatic.
- 5. Add millet to the pan and toast lightly for 2 minutes to enhance flavor.
- 6. Stir in garam masala and salt, then add water and bring to a boil.
- 7. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook millet until tender and water is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
- 8. Add the browned kofta to the millet and let cook together for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve hot.
