Ingredients

  • 500 g Onion
  • - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
  • loose Ginger
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
  • 100 g Dhaniya Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies; set aside.
  2. 2. Mix minced lamb with gram flour, ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt; form into small balls.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the lamb kofta until browned; remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, and garam masala; cook until softened.
  6. 6. Pour in coconut milk and simmer; return kofta to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Rinse basmati rice and heat oil in a separate pan; fry cumin seeds until fragrant.
  8. 8. Add rice, water, and salt to the pan; bring to a boil and simmer until rice is cooked.
  9. 9. Garnish the curry with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
  10. 10. Serve the lamb kofta curry alongside the cumin rice while hot.
