Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 100 g Dhaniya Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies; set aside.
- 2. Mix minced lamb with gram flour, ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt; form into small balls.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the lamb kofta until browned; remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies until aromatic.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, and garam masala; cook until softened.
- 6. Pour in coconut milk and simmer; return kofta to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
- 7. Rinse basmati rice and heat oil in a separate pan; fry cumin seeds until fragrant.
- 8. Add rice, water, and salt to the pan; bring to a boil and simmer until rice is cooked.
- 9. Garnish the curry with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
- 10. Serve the lamb kofta curry alongside the cumin rice while hot.
