- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- - Greenfields Ground Coriander
- 100 G Natco Paprika Powder
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, garlic, and ginger and set them aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- 3. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 4. Stir in the minced lamb and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- 5. Add the chopped tomato and cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle in the Curry Blend Trio, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- 7. Pour 100 ml of water into the skillet and let the lamb simmer for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 8. In a separate saucepan, bring 100 ml of water to a boil and add the Saffola Classic Masala Oats.
- 9. Stir the oats continuously for 3 minutes until they thicken and are fully cooked.
- 10. Adjust the consistency of the lamb keema with more water if needed and squeeze in lemon juice.
