  • 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
  • 65G Natoora Root Ginger
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • - Torres Crisps Party Trio
  • 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
  • - Greenfields Ground Coriander
  • 100 G Natco Paprika Powder
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, garlic, and ginger and set them aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
  4. 4. Stir in the minced lamb and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  5. 5. Add the chopped tomato and cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle in the Curry Blend Trio, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  7. 7. Pour 100 ml of water into the skillet and let the lamb simmer for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
