Ingredients
- 500 g Organically Grown White Onion
- 125 g Red Bell Pepper
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 100 g Mix Cherry Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 5Ltr Vittorio Pomace Olive Oil
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add 1/2 a diced white onion, 1/2 a diced red bell pepper, 1/2 cup of sliced carrots, 1 cup of trimmed green beans, and 10 halved grape tomatoes. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
- 3. Add 1 minced garlic clove and cook for another minute, stirring frequently.
- 4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and tilt the pan slightly so the empty side is over the heat.
- 5. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the empty side, then season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of mirchi powder, and 1 teaspoon of oregano.
- 6. Cook for 4 minutes, then break up the mixture with a spatula and stir until fully cooked, about 3 more minutes.
- 7. Mix the cooked mixture with the vegetables and cook everything together for an additional minute. Adjust seasoning with more salt or mirchi powder if desired.
- 8. Serve hot and enjoy your vegetable skillet!
