- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 2.5 Kg Austin Whole Peeled Tomato
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
- 100 g Kale Leaf
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 400 g Wickedgud 2X Fiber Penne Pasta | No Maida | Durum Wheat Semolina | Brown Rice | Healthy Diet Pasta
Instructions
- 1. Cook 3 cups of rotini pasta according to the package instructions, omitting salt. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 cup of diced onion. Cook until the onion is softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 cup of diced Austin Whole Peeled Tomato, 1 tablespoon of Kissan Tomato Paste, and 1/2 teaspoon of Akar Powder Salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot and well combined.
- 4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the tomato mixture. Mix lightly to combine.
- 5. Gently stir in 1 cup of chopped kale leaves. Cover the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring once, until the kale is wilted.
