  • 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
  • 2.5 Kg Austin Whole Peeled Tomato
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
  • 100 g Kale Leaf
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
  • 400 g Wickedgud 2X Fiber Penne Pasta | No Maida | Durum Wheat Semolina | Brown Rice | Healthy Diet Pasta

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook 3 cups of rotini pasta according to the package instructions, omitting salt. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 cup of diced onion. Cook until the onion is softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in 1 cup of diced Austin Whole Peeled Tomato, 1 tablespoon of Kissan Tomato Paste, and 1/2 teaspoon of Akar Powder Salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot and well combined.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the tomato mixture. Mix lightly to combine.
  5. 5. Gently stir in 1 cup of chopped kale leaves. Cover the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring once, until the kale is wilted.
