Ingredients
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 1 pc Cabbage Red
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 750 ml Catch Clear Lemon N Lime Flavoured Water
- 200 g Fortune Soya Mini Chunks
- 1 kg Whole Farm Premium Brown Rice
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 cup of soya mini chunks. Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and heated through, about 6-8 minutes.
- 2. Add 1 tablespoon of Mirchi Powder (Bedagi), 1 cup of lemon and lime flavored water, and 1 cup of water to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 4. Stir in 2 cups of brown rice, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid.
- 5. Remove the skillet from heat and fluff the rice mixture with a fork.
- 6. Serve the rice mixture in bowls, topped with shredded red cabbage and 1 diced tomato. Enjoy your meal!
