Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 100 g Chukde Bhuna Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 200 g Fortune Soya Mini Chunks
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the lean ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced celery to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
- 3. Stir in the taco seasoning and ground cumin, ensuring the spices coat the turkey and vegetables evenly.
- 4. Add the canned beans (undrained), diced tomato, tomato sauce, and canned corn (undrained) to the pot. Mix well to combine.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
