Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
  • 100 g Chukde Bhuna Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
  • 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 200 g Fortune Soya Mini Chunks
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the lean ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced celery to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the taco seasoning and ground cumin, ensuring the spices coat the turkey and vegetables evenly.
  4. 4. Add the canned beans (undrained), diced tomato, tomato sauce, and canned corn (undrained) to the pot. Mix well to combine.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
