Ingredients
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 500 g Carrot
- 1 kg Potato - New Crop (Aloo)
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Skip the use of heavy-duty aluminum foil and instead prepare a baking dish large enough to hold the ingredients securely.
- 3. In a bowl, slice 1 Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) into small pieces and season with 1 tsp Tata Salt. Mix well and divide the tomato mixture into four equal portions.
- 4. Place one portion of the seasoned tomato mixture in the baking dish.
- 5. Slice 1 Sambar Onion, 1 Red & Yellow Bell Pepper, 2 Carrots, 2 stalks of Celery, and 4 Irish Potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the vegetables evenly around each portion of tomato mixture in the baking dish.
- 6. Cover the baking dish tightly with a lid or oven-safe cover, ensuring no steam escapes during baking.
- 7. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
- 8. Carefully remove the cover, being cautious of the hot steam, and serve the baked vegetables warm.
