- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 1 pack (500 g) Jairaj Black Eye Chawli
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
- 100 g Habanero Hot Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 1/4 cups diced onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 cup diced green capsicum. Cook until the vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally. Drain any excess fat.
- 2. Add 32 oz canned black-eyed peas, 1 can of tomato puree, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and 1/2 tsp hot sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
