- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 50 g Honey
- 100 g Garlic

- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Slice the boneless lamb into thin strips and set aside in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by combining soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the lamb strips and mix well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- 4. While the lamb marinates, thinly slice the carrot, cucumber, and scallions for garnish.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 6. Add the marinated lamb to the skillet and stir-fry for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
