  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 50 g Honey
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the boneless lamb into thin strips and set aside in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Prepare the marinade by combining soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl.
