Ingredients
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 250 g Cucumber
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 1kg Pear
- 250G 100% Buckwheat Noodles, 250G
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 g Sugar
- 670Ml Winn Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the noodles by boiling them in a pot of water according to the package instructions. Once cooked, rinse them under cold water and drain thoroughly.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean chili paste), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well to create the sauce.
- 3. Thinly slice 1 cucumber and 1/2 a pear into matchsticks. Set aside for garnishing.
- 4. Chop 2-3 green onions finely and set aside.
- 5. In a large bowl, toss the cold noodles with the prepared sauce until evenly coated.
- 6. Add the sliced cucumber, pear, and chopped green onions to the noodles. Gently mix everything together.
- 7. Optional: Add a boiled egg, halved, on top of each serving for extra protein.
- 8. Serve the noodles cold, garnished with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
