Ingredients
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 500 gm Eggplant
- 100 g Garlic
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Rice Flour
- 500G Limgane Red Pepper Powder, Gochugaru For Seasoning 임가네 고춧가루 조미용 500G
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 100 g Salt
- 1 l Soyabean Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash and grate the zucchini, then squeeze out excess water using a clean cloth.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, rice flour, egg, gochugaru, soy sauce, minced garlic, and chopped spring onions.
- 3. Add sesame oil and salt to the mixture and stir until it forms a batter-like consistency.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until hot.
- 5. Scoop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, flattening each to form small fritters.
- 6. Cook the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 8. Serve the fritters warm with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce mixed with sesame oil and chopped spring onions.
