Ingredients

  • 500 gm Eggplant
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • - Rice Flour
  • 500G Limgane Red Pepper Powder, Gochugaru For Seasoning 임가네 고춧가루 조미용 500G
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 l Soyabean Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and grate the zucchini, then squeeze out excess water using a clean cloth.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, rice flour, egg, gochugaru, soy sauce, minced garlic, and chopped spring onions.
  3. 3. Add sesame oil and salt to the mixture and stir until it forms a batter-like consistency.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until hot.
  5. 5. Scoop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, flattening each to form small fritters.
  6. 6. Cook the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
