  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 50 g Honey
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 100 g Garlic

  • 500G Limgane Red Pepper Powder, Gochugaru For Seasoning 임가네 고춧가루 조미용 500G
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • - White Poha (White Rice Flakes)
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100G Oleo

Instructions

  1. 1. Thinly slice the lamb into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochugaru to create the marinade.
  3. 3. Pour the marinade over the lamb slices, ensuring each piece is well coated, and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. 5. Add the marinated lamb to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
