- 50 g Honey
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 100 g Garlic

- 500G Limgane Red Pepper Powder, Gochugaru For Seasoning 임가네 고춧가루 조미용 500G
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- - White Poha (White Rice Flakes)
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 g Carrot
- 100G Oleo
Instructions
- 1. Thinly slice the lamb into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochugaru to create the marinade.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the lamb slices, ensuring each piece is well coated, and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 5. Add the marinated lamb to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped spring onions over the lamb and toss gently to combine.
- 7. Plate the cooked lamb alongside steamed rice and arrange sliced cucumber and julienned carrots on the side.
