- 1. Press the tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
- 2. Mix soy sauce, isomalt powder, olive oil, and curry blend to create a marinade for the tofu.
- 3. Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
